MMS Brucella qPCR Detection Assay

This duplex, probe-based real-time PCR assay is intended for detection of all known serotypes of Brucella in just over 1 hour (with extracted DNA as the starting material).

Kit components: qPCR master mix, oligo mix, positive control, negative control, and Extraction Internal Control.
