MMS E. Coli O157:H7 qPCR Detection Assay

This fourplex, probe-based real-time qPCR kit is intended for detecting E. coli O157:H7 in less than 1 hour (with extracted DNA as the starting material).

It is based on the “BAM Chapter 4A: Diarrheagenic Escherichia coli” method developed by the US FDA, and it simultaneously screens for the O157 plasmid, Shiga-toxin I, and Shiga-toxin II. Kit components: qPCR master mix, oligo mix, positive control, negative control, and Extraction Internal Control. This kit is for RESEARCH USE ONLY.
