MMS Salmonella qPCR Genotyping Assay

This fourplex, probe-based real-time qPCR kit is intended for detection and genotyping of Salmonella enterica serovar enteritidis, Salmonella enterica serovar typhimurium, or all other serovars of Salmonella in just over 1 hour (with extracted DNA as the starting material).

Kit components: qPCR master mix, oligo mix, positive control, negative control, and Extraction Internal Control.
